No. Zendra Global operates as an independent premium travel concierge, helping clients identify and book the most suitable flights, hotels, and services. We do not represent any airline or hotel directly.

Our fares come from long-term partnerships and verified international ticketing channels. Unlike public retail fares, we access wholesale or private rates that allow clients to enjoy the same seats and services at a more reasonable cost.

Through years of experience and resource integration, we access unpublished premium fare options. Price fluctuations are normal and depend on origin, routing, and travel dates.

Booking & Quotations

Yes. Just share the flight number or travel date, and we’ll check if there are better fares or flexible routing options, including hidden or combined fares.
It depends on airline inventory. Special fares are tied to real-time seat availability. We’ll help you secure seats quickly to avoid fare changes.
This depends on the fare type. Deeply discounted fares usually cannot be held, while full-fare tickets can typically be held for 24–72 hours.
Of course. We’ll immediately coordinate with the airline for rebooking or refunds and suggest new options until everything is resolved.

Upgrades & Fare Monitoring

Yes. Provide your ticket number or PNR, and we’ll contact the airline for upgrade, seat, or special meal requests.

All accounts are verified under real names with encrypted processing and manual verification by our finance team.
